Looks kinda gross but it’s the best meal everrrrrr. 350 g spaghetti squash mixed with 1 c meatless crumbles (kroger) and 3/4 c no sugar added Ragu pasta sauce. Seriously you guys!! So. Good.

Afternoon snack of rice cakes and almond butter chocolate protein frosting!! 😍 Just 1/2 scoop chocolate protein and 1 tbsp almond butter and a tiiiiiny bit of water. So gooey and easy!! And side note, I think I can use 1 of my 6 protein powders because so far this brand hasn’t made my tummy upset!! I told my mom and she told me to give them all away. I don’t think she understands my attachment to my protein. 😂

Protein frosty post run! I do think whey is giving me all my stupid tummy problems but I like it so much. So I’m gonna use it in moderation. 👌 So this has a vanilla carbmaster yogurt, 1/2 c almond milk, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 scoop chocoalte whey, 2 pinches xanthun gum, and tons of ice! The texture really is similar to a frosty!!

Breakfast! In class. Also had a serving of plain oats packed in a tup. Because I woke up at 5:45 this morning. 😳 And will be every Thursday from now on! My roommates and I have a mini bible study at a prayer house, so this is the only time that works. Okay, #prowaff, it’s on. Let’s see if whey is my issue. And I still thing they’re really yummy. That’s why I made one for dinner. 😋 And I’m having froyo later because I got my boyfriend addicted and now he wants it 24/7. Anyway, for anyone who wants my basic recipe, here it is!! ⬜️⬜️⬜️Basic waffle recipe:⬜️⬜️⬜️
1/2 c egg whites
1/4 c oats
1 scoop protein
1 tbsp psyllium husk
(Optional: 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 scoop other type of protein, splash of sf caramel syrup, etc.)
Water

Blend everything together (only a little water!!) and let sit five mins. Add more water if it gets too thick. Otherwise, pour on to hot waffle iron and cook! Easy peasy :)

So this is my typical breakfast as of now. I think I found out my tummy aches have been from whey. Which means no more protein waffles! 😭 at least not for breakfast. Buttttt I have 6 2-lb protein tubs to use so I’ll try making a waffle later tonight! #projectlunchbox again!! I only really need to pack lunch twice a week, so I look forward to it!!! Chicken with “homemade” sf/ff honey mustard, an oven baked sweet potato, sugar snap peas, an apple, and a peppermint stick #Luna bar!! I couldn’t eat breakfast this morning because I was calculating my RMR, so I made sure I had enough food for after. I also got to taste test nutritional support drinks like ensure for my medical nutrition class.
